The Arab Open University is a non-profit organization, established in 2002 and headquartered in Kuwait, which was opened by His Royal Highness Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. It is the first in the Kingdom in terms of low fees, located in six branches in the Kingdom, Riyadh, Jeddah, Hail, Madinah, Medina, Dammam and Ahsa.
