I had a mixed experience with Aig - american intelligence group. While their customer service was responsive and helpful, I found their website to be difficult to navigate. The information I was looking for was buried deep in the site and it took me a while to find it. However, once I did find the information, it was very useful and informative. Overall, I would rate my experience with Aig as average.
