I was delighted to meet Cynthia at Schiphol Airport during my layover from Nuremberg to Toronto 23 August 2020 during COVID. I cannot stop raving about her to my family and friends. Not only was Cynthia an exemplary professional, she possessed extraordinary intuitive skills and the ability to immediately identify what this weary Canadian traveler needed. She responded to my questions with kindness and a refreshing sense of humour which immediately put me at ease. She transformed my routine layover into a joyful adventure.
