Worst company. Avoid if possible. Horrible customer service - I've had to work with them twice. The first time I went through the process of changing an insurance carrier. Talked to them, got them all of the information, asked if there were any other issues, asked again to make sure. Then a month later got a letter saying I haven't updated my insurance info and would start to be penalized if I didn't call immediately as its my responsibility to inform them. My insurance company had tried to call them to work it out and couldn't get through. And the problem is occurring again - and I haven't changed anything!
The second is I'm trying to PAY THEM and their payment service isn't working and hasn't been working for the last 3 months. I've emailed them about it, and just receive a response noting that we saw you were able to pay, we expected that this would occur due to maintenance - the payment actually went through a week late! What company (let alone one that collects monthly payments) does maintenance during the last and first weeks of the month every month and doesn't tell anyone?

I don't normally comment on anything - but this company is a special kind of horrible. I would pay more to not work with them.
