I went to google to find shelters in Detroit to donate clothes. Bags of nice clothes. I called them and a lady answered, I told her I have two questions for her, in mid sentence about the bag of clothes, she cut me off and transferred me. I called back because I never finished my questions, I was forwarded to the general mailbox. A shame, because the girls/women will miss out because of a rude operator. I couldn t reach anyone. If your rude to someone through the phone I could only imagine how you treat people in person.
