I personally have an issue with them for the fact that they want you to send the payments two weeks before the due date and still charge late fees! They will send your file to an attorney, even though you're paying your dues. They do not have a copy of the master insurance policy. I've sent several messages for over a week and I still have not received a copy of the policy. Very disappointed with the management services.
