I had an average experience with Pymes en Chile. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service could have been better. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. However, I was able to find the information I needed on their website, so that was a plus. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
