Ordered the parley voo burger with mashed potatoes...

Ordered the parley voo burger with mashed potatoes on the side. Also ordered the small prime rib with a baked potato. The burger was dry as the Sahara Desert and the mashed potatoes were cold as ice. The SMALL prime rib was huge, looked disgusting, had no flavor and the baked potato wasn't hot enough to melt butter. We made the owner aware of the situation and on our $41 meal we were given a $3 military discount. I wouldn't have served that prime rib or that burger to a rabid dog if it would have saved my life. The only saving grace was the stoned waitress. She was very kind and handled the situation professionally. The old Harrigans was better. If you are a long time Lubbock local please save yourself the time and money and let this restaurant fade into the history books for good.
