Phoned and was told they use an in house travel agency for flights.
And they changed recommended travel insurance company to Allianz because former insurer was "late in paying coverage". Not good.

Dear Sis just back early from Bhutan and cut 2wks in Nepal because of severe food poisoning without all contract included meals. Sis bed-ridden for months, on several antibiotic series. Feared she might die. OAT said "food choices are customer's responsibility and fault."
Ouch!
