I went to PS some time ago for a confused biliary colic for acute coronary syndrome ... congratulations!
Then I go to OBI where my neighbor on my right was begging for a paracentesis (never arrived given the young age of the doctor who was in serious difficulty) and the lady on my left had been there for two days for a CT scan repeated twice .... and finally finished it is not known why (negative enzymes many times and evident symptomatology with jaundice) in the emergency medicine department always for the suspected SCA as they defined it. Doctors too young, wise and inexperienced ... but unfortunately those who should guide them are certainly even less than they are. I hope the other departments are a little better.
