I have used Learning Matters' services for a while, and while they provide decent educational resources, there are some areas that require improvement. The user interface could be more intuitive, and the range of topics covered could be expanded. The customer support was helpful, but there were instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Overall, an average experience.
