I have been a loyal fan of HP PC's and Laptops since 20 years. However, the recent experience has changed my thoughts and I must say that the service levels of HP has gone to its lowest levels ever. Recently I bought a new lap top in January but since that time having the issues every now and then. First, key board stopped working. Mechanic came and changed it. right after a couple of days, main board stared giving troubles. Again, repaired. Now after two weeks the whole machine is dead. Calling HP is a night mare. the way their staff is trying to handle the situation, it does not look like an international company. Looks like this company belongs to a third rated country. After making complaints so many times, no response from the company. Looks like that HP dopes not care for its customers any more. I am sending the whole experience details to their competitors also so they can see also and going to put this news on all the social media to let the world know about the low standards of HP. I do not want any one to go through this kind of experience any more. My recommendations is that buy the computer from any brand but not from HP at all, if you don't want to have a bad experience.
