First off this company needs to learn fundamentals of business. They are far from what it takes to have superior customer service not to mention how very rude they are. I suggest you stay far away from this branch and especially Oscar Ramos. I will be following up with corporate with his empty promises and threatening sales tactics. This is not how you do business or good business. You will be left stuck with worthless products if you hire them for your services.
