I'm really frustrated with how Schneider handles returns of defective outlets. I've bought the USB outlet back in July from the reseller and it had a defect so it was not possible to install it. It has been more that 2 months after I returned the outlet to the shop. Every time I'm trying to get an update, they claim that it is delayed from Schneider side. Guys, 2 months is to much to execute the expertise and return back the outlet to me. Strongly disappointed with the way you're operating
