My overall experience with Rakhi.in was just alright. The website was easy to use and the product selection was decent. However, the Rakhi I received was not exactly what I expected. The quality was average and it didn't match the product image on the website. The delivery was smooth and on time, but I feel the company can improve the quality of their products.
