I am a customer of Pelican Wire and I must say that their products are of average quality. I have used their wires for quite some time now and they get the job done. However, I have noticed a few issues with their customer service. The response time is a bit slow and sometimes it takes them a while to resolve my queries. Overall, I would rate Pelican Wire as average.
