I recently availed the services of a reputed asset management company and had a mixed experience. While the performance of the company was satisfactory, I found their customer service to be lacking. The company was not very responsive to my queries and it took a long time to get a resolution. Although I had some issues with their service, I appreciate their expertise in managing assets.
