Does the power that be know that callers are being put on hold for more than fives and do they know that person answering telephone by saying channel 5 please hold but does not wait for a respond? After being put on hold I when called back this time before she say (Channel 5 pls hold.) I asked again ? I've been holding for 30 mins; her response was yes!
