The service provided by Platinum Auto Wholesale LLC was average. While they were able to assist me in finding a car that met my needs, the overall experience was not exceptional. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the process took longer than expected. I would recommend this company if you are in need of a car, but don't have high expectations.
