I've been a customer of Interactive Silicon for several years now and I must say, their services are average. While they do get the job done, there are definitely areas where they can improve. The customer support is responsive but not always very helpful. The website can be a bit slow at times and the user interface could use some updates. Overall, it's not a bad experience, but it's not great either.
