I find it very interesting how my last review is mysteriously missing. I can see why some of the other consumer's are finding out that they are "filtered". Afterall, what hospital would want the public to know the TRUTH. There goes million's and million's of dollar's on "not-so-good" opinion's. Yeah, I wrote a very truthful, forthcoming (I'm a recovering addict) review. I felt that if ANYONE as a patient knew what that place was like, it was me. 3 month's and 1 week I was in 4W. I was very saddened to find out what was REALLY being said about me on paper, all the while it was all smiles and false presentation(s). I only gave it 3 stars for my surgeon and his professionalism. NOT because the hospital as a whole deserved it. Oh no. They deserve a much less score.

My surgeon is second to none. Dr. Gregory Caronis. I would follow THAT man's advice (to a point), and respect his opinion(s), but, that's because he's ALWAYS been upfront and honest with me. The hospital staff...? Yeah...not so much. I said it in my last review, and I'll say it again in this one. If you are going there for ANY pain-related issue, you can EXPECT to suffer if you have ANY kind of a sordid past.

I'm literally afraid of the fact that I have to go back to that place for a "Bone Graph". My surgeon says he would have me back home the same day. Now, I ask you. If YOU just had a majorly invasive surgery done, where they literally took part's of your hip out of you, only to open up your knee so that bone can fill a hole in your "Tibial Plateau" (Your knee rest's on this bone), not to mention, you were having external hardware removed as well (Double Whammy), don't you think you would be at the hospital for atleast a few days?

If for any other reason than for pain control? No. Not this place. Yes, I have received a P.C.A. on a few of my 8 total surgeries, but their idea of pain control is "Norco 10/325 every 6-8 hrs. AS NEEDED for pain. Ha! I laugh at that because my opioid tolerance is extremely high, LEGALLY, and under the care and supervision of a physician, and the highest dose of Norco (10/325) wouldn't touch that kind of pain with a 10' pole. Evidently, since I once was dependent on narcotic's (Illegal) ,that I don't hurt, feel pain, nor deserve pain control as much as the non-history having individual(s). At this point, I can pretty much guarantee that I will be demanding to stay there until I'm over the proverbial hill of pain and on a PCA, with prescription that will follow me home with a pain-killer sufficient (much stronger than those ridiculous, wasteful NORCO) enough to arrest my pain. ALL of my pain. Otherwise, I'll be back there. Taking up valuable space in the E.R.

I'm betting this post doesn't make it past tomorrow. So, I'll continue to check in from time to time. God bless all of you who suffer. You DO NOT have to. Just keep on driving right past Condell, and perhaps to Vista if you want true pain control.

Sincerely,

R. Scott Morrow......cheers!
