I recently discovered an organization that supports underprivileged children. While I appreciate the work they do, I feel there are some areas that could be improved. The website is informative, but it lacks a personal touch. I believe they could benefit from more direct engagement with donors and volunteers. Overall, a decent organization, but not exceptional.
