Piss poor customer service if your not a member I ...

Piss poor customer service if your not a member I guess. Delt with LeAnn and Debra Bush. I am purchasing a truck and trailer from a member. I spoke with Debra who said she would call me as soon as the wire transfer came to them so I could ask the finance dept when they would release the lien so we could transfer the title since i took off this afternoon. Well my finance company called at 1219pm and said they were sending it then. I waited to hear from CCB. After an hour and a halfi called and was transfered to Leann in the loan dept who told me that Debra had brought the wire transfer to them an hour ago. I then asked about releasing the lien and she said she didn't know anything about it that Steve Frasher would do it when he got back in and she would call me. I asked when he was expected back and I was told he doesn't answer to anyone so he comes and goes as he pleases so she didn't know. Well another two hours later I finally get a call from Debra saying the transfer was in. Finally at 455pm after the tag office was closed LeAnn calls and says the ladies next door have released the lein.. Wonder why they couldn't do it 4 hours earlier so things could have gotten done? They definitely aren't in a rush to help anyone. I also left Steve a message that was never returned.
