I've been banking with Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union for a few years now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with their services. The rates are competitive, and the staff is generally friendly. However, I wish their online banking platform was more intuitive and user-friendly. It can be a bit confusing at times.
