As a customer of the National Electrification Administration (NEA), I must say that I am completely satisfied with their services. The NEA has always been prompt in addressing any issues or concerns I have had. I have never experienced any power outages or disruptions of service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. I give NEA a great rating and highly recommend their services to others.
