Love it here! All the trainers are amazing! Taylor, Alaja, Patricia, Kyle and Loren always take the time out to make sure your doing the right form! I ve lost close to 20 pounds and I m not done yet! I definitely made the right choice with ILKB! I felt judged at other gyms but here you can do everything at your own pace and not feel like your the odd one out! I definitely recommend!
