Colleen Galya Review of Vinfen Corporation
Vinfen, oh Vinfen, don t you think that sad, tired...
Vinfen, oh Vinfen, don t you think that sad, tired transforming lives mission statement should have been changed by now? Vinfen is the fourth human services company that I worked for and arguably the worst, but then again they were all terrible. Working at this company made me lose some of my faith in humanity. Some of the most heartless, egocentric, manipulative, genuinely cruel people I have ever met in my life I met working in human services, including my time at Vinfen. One of the other reviews mentioned Asela, which is not surprising. I will never forget the training that he led at my original orientation, where he literally said, Look, if you want to make money, then GO work at MCDonalds probably a red flag, but ignoring obvious warning signs was a hobby of mine back when I worked in the field. I worked at a group home for individuals that had developmental disabilities and were also blind. My supervisor, Donia, worked with Asela to make sure that when I left my job, that I was not allowed to say goodbye to the residents. THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET ME SAY GOODBYE. Putting my precious feelings aside, that is damaging to those individuals. I worked there for over 2.5 years and I formed positive relationships with all of the residents, Donia robbed them of their right to have closure with a staff member because she is evil. This company is evil and has no interest in transforming lives .
