I have been using Dubai Metro Rail for my daily commute for the past year and I have to say it has been a positive experience overall. The trains are reliable, the stations are well-maintained, and the staff is courteous. I especially appreciate the air-conditioned cabins, which are a blessing during the hot Dubai summers. The only improvement I would suggest is to increase the frequency of trains during peak hours.
