I recently engaged with this company for some engineering consulting services. The website was informative, with a decent layout and easy navigation. However, the overall experience was average. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and I felt that the communication could have been more prompt and proactive. The expertise of the team members was evident, and the solutions provided seemed solid, but I was hoping for a bit more personalized attention.
