I have been a customer of rflaun for over a decade now, and their service has been consistently average. While I appreciate the ease of managing my retirement funds through their website, there have been some issues with their customer support. The representatives were not always helpful and seemed to lack knowledge on certain topics. rflaun has room for improvement in this aspect.
