Ok hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are simple but clean. Have nice balconies. My safe was broken, I could take the lock out completely. The internet barely functions in the rooms that are far from reception. Had to ask every day for 5 days and they always said the engineer is coming today to fix it. It was ridiculous.
Their breakfast stops at 10, which I think is early, but they have the BEST chocolate / jam croissant in Italy ever! I absolutely loved it! Good bread too.
One morning the gardeners started mowing the grass right under our bedroom window at 8am (!) while the hotel knew all our team was working until 4am. That was really unprofessional and not funny. Lack of care or communication.
They also throw in the bin your hand soap after every single time you used it! Really frustrating. 1 You have to unwrap the new soap with your already wet hands 2. Generating so much waste , throwing once used soaps away.
Great free parking in front of the hotel, but they might run out of space if you arrive late at night.
