Exchanges with CARSAT are not always obvious, of course. Just like those with CAF, CPAM, etc. but the agents are in no way responsible! so yes, maybe there is one or two that "spin" .. like everywhere I would say but overall they really do the best they can with the means they have. Make no mistake about it, they are not the ones who decide on laws and procedures and even less on non-renewed positions ...
In short, I do not work at CARSAT but I have enough exchanges with them at the professional level, to know that most of them really do the best they can.

In the meantime, an error on my file. Message on Monday, response on Wednesday and regularized file. Efficiency level is 10/10.

The negative point is that everything is now materialized and that some people, including the elderly, are not at all able to use computer tools. But again these are decisions from "above"

So let's be united, let's help our parents, grandparents, neighbors etc to use these tools :)
