I recently discovered this amazing mini pie company and I am blown away by their pies. The flavors are so rich and the crust is perfectly flaky. I appreciate that they offer gluten-free options as well. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be ordering from Michele's Mini Pies again!
