✖ The customer service at Nirsal microfinance bank needs improvement. The staff lacks enthusiasm and friendliness. There have been instances where I've encountered delays and errors in their services. However, their online banking platform is easy to navigate and use. I hope to see better customer service from the bank in the future. ✖
