i have no idea about technical staff, but the guy was at front desk worst. I have been there for checking tires of my civic car.Also there were 50 mins to close. The front desk customer adviser ( Neil L.) says have no time to check your tires at this time and asked me to come back next time.This kind of attitude was not expecting from Honda Service. Overall i like honda cars but i will never visit this location again...
