I've been trying to get somewhere with this agency...

I've been trying to get somewhere with this agency since April 5th. It is near impossible. I got through one time long enough to make a claim but haven't seen a dime of unemployment yet and not sure if I ever will. Just goes to "error" every time I try to get on. This agency needs serious reform!
