The service, when working, is adequate. However it goes through multiple outages from hours up to a day at a time each month with very little explanation as to why.
Since we have all come to rely on using the Internet during the pandemic to work from home, availability and stability are necessary in a provider. You won t find it here. If you need the Internet for more than Netflix, you should look elsewhere. As it is, I have had to drive to my place of work (60miles round trip) on weekends to use the Internet, a service which I am paying for, but not receiving at home. The tech staff is friendly, but probably due to the amount of experience they have with frustrated customers. Unfortunately, the answers provided by staff are usually that it is not FRII s fault but another company which they rely upon for running their system. My apartment complex does not give me a choice in provider, that is the only reason I am still a customer.
