Beautiful high-quality decor (I usually don t even enjoy the decor in most 5 star hotels but this one was stunning and perfect).
Gorgeous views of the lake.
Kind and genuine staff.
Fabulous food in the restaurant and also in room service.
They brought really nice plates to the room for room service.
Nespresso machine with assortment of pods in the room.
They had a whole non-alcoholic cocktails list which I really appreciated as someone who does not drink alcohol.
Nice details and touches everywhere.
Fireplaces lit throughout were magical.
