I am so impressed with the menu and quality of the food that is available to us, particularly breakfast! I am a breakfast NUT and have had so many meals that were unique, well prepared and delicious! Yesterday they served a sweet potato hash with pork belly, basted eggs and hollandaise sauce that was AMAZING. One other item in particular that I really enjoyed was the almond crusted French toast with orange flavored mascarpone. I genuinely appreciate the thought that goes into the menu each day. Having worked in a kitchen where meal planning and prepping was my job, I know how difficult it is to create food that will appeal to a large number of people. I have heard numerous people express how impressed they are with the food and the selection available to us.

I also appreciate the lunch menus. Last week we had a Cinco de Mayo day and the salmon tacos were amazing (so were the churros). There was another day when they served fries topped with cheesesteak meat (or you could choose crabmeat) and cheese curds and they were incredible. I also know the sushi is a big hit! I just genuinely enjoy having unique options. Anyone can serve a burger, but the time, detail and imagination that goes into the meals, along with the quality of the food itself, is great; and there are always your standard options for those who are a little less adventurous. I consider myself very fortunate to work in a place where I get to have this available to me every day. I enjoy food and having something delicious, even if it s just a sweet treat from time to time (those cookies are my weakness!!!), always makes for a good way to break up the work day!
