We had the absolute BEST experience ever buying a car. Tyler Grant is the internet sales manager. He was soooo easy to communicate with and listened to every single request I had. He was transparent. No surprises at all. Just straight forward explanation and pricing. I have never seen or heard of a sales person that went over every single detail with someone. He helped setup Sirius XM, the DVD system....literally everything. He marked out sections of the manual that we needed to review etc. Truly the best experience ever. We recommend Troncalli and Tyler Grant 100%!
