I am a long-time resident at Residence At Little River, and I must say, I have had an average experience so far. The apartment itself is decent, while the overall community is just alright. The maintenance could definitely be better, and there are some improvements that need to be made in terms of cleanliness. However, the staff is friendly and responsive, and that's a plus. Overall, it's an okay place to live.
