I've been interviewed by Mr. Ian and my experience is I have some good time about listening and answering his question because as a first timer in this field of work I really need some advice and idea on how to perform well to help the company that I'm applying for. And Mr. Ian gave me a lot of ideas and suggestions about rules of being in a customer service. For me Mr. Ian is so approachable and a very nice person I know that all employee in this company is like Mr. Ian.
