I purchased my engagement ring from Bespoke engagement rings and overall, I had a satisfactory experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of contemporary designs. However, the customer service could have been better as it took a while to get a response to my queries. The ring itself is beautiful and of good quality. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
