I had an average experience with Delgaz. The company website, delgaz.com.br, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found that the customer service was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and when I did, it was not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Delgaz is just an average company.
