I had an average experience with albion-plants.co.uk. The plants I received were okay, but they weren't as healthy as I had hoped. The packaging was decent, but one of the pots was cracked when it arrived. The customer service was responsive and offered to replace the damaged plant, which was appreciated. Overall, it was an average experience and I'm not sure if I would order from them again.
