I recently joined Cheltenham and Gloucester Karate, and I am impressed with the quality of instruction. The instructors are experienced and dedicated to helping students improve. The classes are well-structured, and the focus on both physical and mental aspects of Karate is commendable. Overall, it has been a great decision to join this studio.
