I have been using United statewide presort service for mail, inc for several years and overall, I find their service to be average. The mail delivery is generally on time and accurate. However, there have been a few instances where I experienced delays or lost packages. Their customer service is also just average. I have had mixed experiences with their representatives - some of them have been helpful, while others seemed indifferent to my concerns. Overall, I would say that United statewide presort service for mail, inc is an okay company to use, but there is definitely room for improvement.
