I had a bad experience , first of you need to buy their product . I purchase routerboard CCR 1009 I think that buy was just my first buy luck because I think you need to be lucky to buy from them as if there is no one else in the market.. Second time I needed to buy OLT I asked for the price over the phone hoping to get the details, Their sales managers mentioned I was just looking for the price and not interested to buy. Someone plz let that idiot know obviously I will compare the price and reliability of the product before I buy. I won't trust you just because you own revo because I pay for the product. My next query is for splicing Machine if interested let me know the price if not even I am not interested in your products ... Lastly to all the small buyers this is not the place to look for small buyers ... The worst experience ever .. learn from MD wire , Go IP and India Networks etc to learn to entertain customers. Even if you don't like to entertain one .
