If there was a negative rating, I would use that. Nothing but horrible experiences and the worst possible customer service. When I had an insurance claim and they were made co-payable on the check from the insurance company, it took me 3 months to get the money - despite having inspectors approvals, contractor W9s and waivers of liens. Now, with inquiries related to COVID relief plans, I've called and sent emails - no response. They have time to send me a letter on refinancing via Fedex, but they cannot take the time to respond to a question. I cannot wait to take my business elsewhere.
