I used to love this software, before the original developer sold it, and then it sold again, and then again. The interface has always been slow and clunky, but what it lacked in looks and speed was more than offset by their amazing customer service, which was great…. Up until it wasn’t. Now it’s just a slow, unintuitive piece of software with crappy support that charges you for “special programming” for items that should be covered under their exorbitantly expensive maintenance price. Now we are looking for a way off this platform as quick as possible since it just gets worse every year. First implemented it in 1998 and can’t get rid of it soon enough!
